The procedures below were based on the Consumer Protection Code and demonstrate that the relationship between our customers must be based on trust. Occurrences involving EXCHANGES or RETURNS must be reported to our Customer Service Center via email lojapatu@hotmail.com
We offer the customer the right to exchange the product after 30 (thirty) days of receipt of the merchandise. For Returns due to regret, the deadline for withdrawing from the purchase of the product is up to 7 (seven) calendar days, counting from the date of receipt. To request an exchange or return, we ask that you please contact us via email. The following data must be provided: full name, CPF, order number and reason for return or exchange. Pay attention to the following rules:
– You must send all items in the exchange request;
– The product must be returned in its original packaging when delivered;
– The product must not contain signs of use;
– The product must contain all labels intact;
– Once the product is received in our store, a quality analysis will be carried out, which may take up to 3 working days.
